How You Can Help:

Agreement         Application

Adoption Center Staffing & Cleaning

We need volunteers to staff the Adoption Center on Tuesday & Wednesdays from 1:00 to 5:00 and any time on Saturdays and Sundays.

We also need people who can take a morning, evening or weekend cleaning shift.

Foster Care

We are looking for foster homes and volunteers to interact with the cats. This may involve hand feeding and nurturing newborn kittens, helping with a special needs cat or just giving a cat some tender loving care.

All kittens remain with their foster parents until they reach 12 weeks of age, at which time they are tested, spayed or neutered and given their vaccinations. The foster parents are normally responsible for the cost of food and litter, but if that is a hardship we will arrange to supply you with what is needed. We pay the cost of all medical services.

Rescue & Trapping

We rescue abandoned, abused and stray cats. Sometimes these cats are either feral (wild) or very frightened and must be trapped. We have access to traps and, for the friendlier strays, pet carriers. We are in need of volunteers who can help trap (or catch) these strays and/or transport them to the vet for spay/neuter. Again we pay all medical expenses - you would just help with the rescue.

Spread the Word

Promote spaying and neutering at every opportunity. Encourage people to adopt a homeless cat.

Additional ways to help

We are always in need of cat food (wet or dry), litter, cleaning supplies and toys. We are desperately in need of help with Adoption Center staffing, transport to and from vet appointments.
